Our role: Principal consultant responsible for the architectural and engineering design and interior fit-out; project manager responsible for site identification, contract negotiation and administration.

Adding three new stories in structural steel to an existing four-storey reinforced concrete apartment building.

Our role: Engineering assessment of the existing structure prior to project commitment; design of the new structure.

Four-storey 1930s concrete building to be converted to apartments; three further stories in structural steel added on top.

Our role: Proving that a 1920s reinforced concrete building, converted to apartments complies with Wellington City Council earthquake strengthening requirements even with three stories added on top.
